Yelena designed and decorated main floor of our house including kitchen, living room, dining room as well as all the bathrooms in our home. And it wasn't just a pretty colours on the walls or a good looking countertop. Yelena managed to bring newly renovated areas and the rest of the house together. It was a great pleasure to work with a professional that understands both design and construction aspects of the project.
From the start Yelena grasped our style, vision and what we want to achieve. Overall, Yelena and her team made the process go smoothly. A few years back we decided to build a new home and were introduced to Marvellous Home by out builder. It was a team effort of Architects, Engineers and Builder, but Marvellous Home, in my opinion, made a biggest impact. There were a few changes in the design requested by Yelena, but they were way worth it. Marvellous Home was with us from day one till the very last minute we moved in. We retained Marvellous Home to renovate our kitchen. The house was built about 50 years ago and was never seriously updated. Yelena suggest several ideas literally on the fly to make the space more functional, modern and exciting.
We found Yelena's approach to the project very professional. She clearly set expectations and final outcomes. Yelena met with us quite frequently during the project as the project and was always available by email or phone for questions or concerns. She is able not just listen, but to hear. She always returned calls promptly and did not leave us hanging without an answer. The project went as budgeted and any changes were discussed and approved by us.
Yelena was very patient, calm and focused when we had any hesitations or reservations. The final result is very good and I am happy with the new great look in my kitchen. It blends very well with the rest of the home. Yelena did more than expected in some instances like helping to choices new furniture and windows covering. She kept the whole project together, helped us to control the budget and gave us a very beautiful kitchen.
